As we continue to scale across markets, we're looking for our next Head of Revenue Operations to help us build the operating system behind our growth.
This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of Revenue, Data, Systems and Go-to-Market execution. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Leadership to ensure every revenue-generating team is aligned, efficient and focused on what matters most.
Own and evolve Sesame's Revenue Operations strategy , ensuring scalable growth across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success .
Drive alignment across our Go-to-Market teams , facilitating planning, execution and performance tracking.
Partner with Revenue and Executive Leadership to translate business goals into operational initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Build and optimize processes, systems and reporting frameworks that improve efficiency, visibility and predictability.
Lead forecasting, pipeline governance and key revenue performance metrics .
Identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle and drive initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion.
Own and continuously improve our Revenue Tech Stack and data infrastructure .
Lead, mentor and develop the RevOps team , fostering a culture of operational excellence and collaboration.
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or related strategic roles.
Proven experience leading RevOps in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the full B2B SaaS customer journey: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Expansion.
Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional alignment and GTM execution.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, revenue systems and business intelligence tools.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You've helped scale a SaaS company through multiple growth stages.
You have experience building a RevOps function from the ground up or significantly transforming an existing one.
You've led annual planning, territory design, compensation planning or capacity planning initiatives.
You have experience working in international and multi-market environments.
You're passionate about turning data into actionable business decisions.
