Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our global finance team. This role combines day-to-day accounting responsibilities with a modern, technology-driven approach to finance operations, including process improvement, automation, and the use of advanced digital and AI-based tools.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment while supporting accounting activities related to Israeli entities and operations.
Main Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records

Process vendor invoices and assist with customer invoicing

Help prepare and process local and international payments

Perform bank, intercompany, and credit card reconciliations

Support month-end closing activities and accounting processes

Work with ERP systems and finance platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency

Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and implementation of AI-driven finance tools

Collaborate with global teams and external service providers

Support quarterly and annual closing

Perform additional finance and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:-
Practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong focus on bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Fluent English, written and spoken

Strong Excel and computer skills

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); experience with global ERP platforms is an advantage

Experience in global and multi-currency environments — advantage

Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven tools within finance operations

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
