We are looking for a Sales to join the team and turn inbound leads into satisfied customers, with autonomy, intelligence, method… and a touch of enthusiasm!

As one of our first sales hires in Spain, you'll need a founder mindset, shaping strategy and building processes from the ground up.
Develop the Spanish market by turning inbound leads into satisfied customers, with autonomy, intelligence, and method
Qualify prospect needs with active listening and sharp judgment
Understand and analyse prospect needs to propose concrete, personalised, high-value solutions
Close deals with rigour, method… and a touch of enthusiasm
Track your KPIs, keep learning, and share your best practices
Work hand in hand with Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver a great customer experience
Curious, motivated, and ambitious, with a genuine passion for sales and human relationships
Not afraid to pick up the phone and bounce back with energy and a smile

Fresh graduate from a business school or equivalent, or with a first sales experience (your potential matters more than your CV)
Comfortable speaking in English
