Join Our Team as a Station Agent – Ensure Fleet Excellence and Top-Quality Service
Are you passionate about working with vehicles and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a motivated Station Agent to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function. As a Station Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining our fleet to the highest standards while delivering top-tier service to our customers. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following standardized processes, and supporting both customers and team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles according to our high-quality standards, ensuring they are clean, road-legal, and meet all documentation requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections using the Ready for Rent Checklist to ensure all vehicles are prepared for customer handover.
- Deliver and collect vehicles per customer requirements, ensuring smooth handovers by providing essential information including CO2 emissions and vehicle value.
- Identify any damage or maintenance issues, report these findings, and complete all necessary documentation at collection points.
- Work closely with the Station Manager, Fleet Manager, and Team Leader to assist in all tasks including vehicle movements, customer service, and business development activities.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and up to company standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, reporting any concerns to the Station Manager.
Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to the Company Driving Standards Policy.

Ideal Experience
- Experience in a customer service or clerical/administrative support role is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to vehicle operations, fleet management, or similar environments is helpful but not required.
Entry-level; may require vocational training but no university degree.
