Position Summary
The Network Administrator will manage and maintain network infrastructure, support connectivity solutions, monitor system performance, and assist with the implementation of reliable IT network services.
Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and connectivity systems.
- Monitor network performance and identify technical issues.
- Maintain network documentation and configuration records.
- Implement network updates and support infrastructure improvements.
- Review system alerts and perform troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare technical reports and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve network-related incidents.
- Support security measures and access management procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting methods.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Ability to analyse technical issues and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with network security principles and system documentation.
- Proficiency with standard IT administration tools.
