The Sales Excellence Associate is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction, optimizing sales processes, and support market and client segmentation. This role requires proactiveness in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance sales performance.
Sales Operations : Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates; P ursue regular initiatives to align our CRM with our ERP ; Help equip our Marketing team with up-to-date sales insights, target lists, and contacts .
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Ideally it should have a solid foundation in business principles and marketing and sales strategies.
1-2 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, marketing, or business improvement roles is ideal to thrive in this position .
Analytical Mindset : Solid analytical skills are important for this role. You should be comfortable leveraging data in your analysis, conducting research, and providing insights to support decision-making.
