About the Role:
At OCS, we are looking for a SEO professional to work with us for a maternity cover in our Digital Marketing efforts in our mission to spread our Olympic values. In this exciting opportunity your main focus will be to improve the Olympics.com global and local content’s search and AI visibility to drive long term and sustainable traffic growth. You will also be guiding the development of content search programs to grow engagement, acquisition and retention in priority local markets. For this position you will be working in partnership with our global editorial team, local content agencies, games organising committees, IOC partners and corporate communications to assure search and AI visibility and consistency in all published content.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate as an expert, which develops and delivers essential digital engagement capabilities to the organisation including: Search and Generative Engine Optimisation, Content Marketing Strategy, and Web and App Platforms Engagement and Acquisition.
Develop annual content search KPIs and targets, to drive new, returning and converting audiences to Olympic Web and App platforms, including third-party platforms such as Youtube or App Store.
Become key partner to the global editorial, corporate comms and social media teams in order to drive optimisation, high levels of engagement and adequate promotion of the Olympic platform editorial and video content, leading into Olympic ID acquisition.
Minimum Experience & Skills
Advantageous Knowledge & Skills
Well informed of changes in the digital space and the impact on search and AI visibility, including ongoing algorithmic changes across global search providers, and ability to advise on impact to product, content and mobile.
Location: Spain with occasional travel to the IOC offices in Lausanne.
This is a temporary opportunity for approximately 6 months to cover a maternity leave, based in Madrid.
