About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Account Manager for BENELUX, your primary focus will be on expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships within Boomi's high-volume commercial segment. You'll partner with current customers to understand their evolving needs, uncover opportunities for growth, and ensure they're leveraging Boomi to its fullest potential.
This is a strategic, relationship-focused role where your ability to build trust and deliver value will directly drive customer success and retention.
What You'll Do
- Grow and expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.
- Use consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions that address customers' evolving challenges.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet growth targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Engage cross-functional teams, including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.
- Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in relationship-based account management or sales experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.
- Strong Dutch, native level and English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies (preferred).
- A customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
