As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Global Sourcing area. You will be working within Global Sourcing Indirects team performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS:
Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day‑to‑day execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements
Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases
Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct
Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts, and support internal stakeholders with PR/PO issues
Supplier & Vendor Management: Support supplier onboarding, master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail changes
Market Analysis, Financial Support & Process Improvement
YOUR PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Law or Business Administration
Advance MS Office, Excel, Macros, Power BI
English proficiency level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives
