We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our WEMEA Finance team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Business Controller, supporting the region’s financial performance through analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cost management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your FP&A expertise in a dynamic international environment, helping business leaders make informed decisions through accurate insights, reliable reporting, and disciplined financial planning.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse regional financial data, including P&L and sales performance, tracking results against targets

Support cost control activities across multiple countries, ensuring accurate expense management and allocations

Assist with Net Working Capital reporting, including monitoring Accounts Receivable and key metrics such as DSO

Prepare clear, accurate, and timely management reports, highlighting insights and improvement opportunities

Support the monthly forecasting process through data consolidation and analysis across the region.

Identify trends in financial and sales data to support planning and decision-making
What we need to see from you:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

Initial experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or similar roles (including internships or graduate experience)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint

A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and reliability

Experience working with financial reporting, forecasting, or performance analysis

Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence tools

Willingness to continuously develop technical and analytical skills through training
