Now we're looking for a Finance Intern to join our Team in Valencia.
Department: Commercial Finance
Location: Valencia, Spain
Duration: 6 months (can be extended to 1 year)
Here's What You Will Do
1. SAP Set-up & Master Data
- Help set up clean, consistent and well-documented master data, following agreed naming conventions and governance rules.
2. Financial Flows & SAP Controls
- Help map the end-to-end financial flow from purchase to sales, invoicing and cash collection.
- Support the set-up and validation of key SAP elements such as pricing conditions, rebates, commissions, service fees, intercompany flows, revenue recognition treatment.
- Help ensure that areas including cost allocation keys, quality claims and deductions.
3. Reporting & P&L
- Contribute to building a clear P&L view for the new business, understandable for both Finance and Commercial teams.
- Support simple Power BI / Excel reporting based on SAP extractions, including volume, value and margin checks.
4. Testing, Go-Live & Documentation
- Support user acceptance testing, go-live preparation and hypercare after launch.
- Monitor first transactions, help troubleshoot issues and validate the first P&L close.
- Prepare clear documentation, templates and handover notes so the process can be maintained after the internship.
You will Learn
- End-to-end SAP financial set-up for a new business line.
- Project management methodologies applied to a Finance × Supply Chain transformation.
- Cross-functional collaboration in an international FMCG / fresh produce environment.
What You Need To Bring
- Student or recent graduate in Finance or Business Administration (Master's level preferred).
- Strong interest in financial processes, ERP systems (SAP a plus) and project management.
- Excellent Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or SAP is appreciated.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to structure complex topics.
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous — comfortable juggling multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish being a significant plus.
