GTF Powerplant Manager
Objective
As a Process Engineer, your mission will be to define, review and optimize procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality in the maintenance of GTF powerplants. You will work closely with all Engineering Disciplines, Operations and Pratt & Whitney MRO teams, providing effective solutions to support Turnaround Time (TAT), Cost and Quality objectives.
Main responsibilities
• Define, maintain, review and optimize engine disassembly and assembly procedures.• Define required process tooling and consumables and manage tooling revision control.• Provide strong support to Operations, ensuring robust and failure-free procedures, and troubleshoot process-related issues when required.• Develop, approve and implement alternative process and tooling solutions in accordance with Part 145 requirements.• Analyse process stability to improve First Pass Yield performance.• Prepare dedicated process sheets and work instructions to support Operations when required.• Lead the industrialization of critical processes, including OEM-controlled build activities.
Eduaction
Engineering or technical degree (preferrably Aeronautic))
Languages
Spanish and Fluent english
Experience
Demonstrated professional engineering experience in similar positions
Technical skills
Knowledge of aircraft engine maintenance processes
Ability to interpret and manage OEM technical documentation
Knowledge of quality standards, certification requirements and procedures (Civil and Military)
SAP knowledge
