Position Summary
The Junior IT Coordinator provides day-to-day IT support to employees across Canet Estate and helps ensure the smooth operation of workplace technology. The role serves as the local point of contact for IT-related issues, coordinating with external IT providers and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and use of IT systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support
- Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
- Assist users with Windows laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, scanners, smart TVs and other workplace technology.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate more complex matters to external IT providers.
- Follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Vendor and IT Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for Jemix regarding day-to-day IT support and service requests.
- Liaise with the London IT Department and provide updates on local IT matters and ongoing issues.
- Coordinate with internet, Wi-Fi, and mobile service providers to resolve service disruptions and connectivity issues.
Systems and Equipment
- Help monitor and support the systems used across Canet Estate.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining employee devices.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and user accounts.
- Assist in monitoring property technology systems and report issues to the appropriate providers.
Asset Management
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Track device allocation and support equipment replacements and upgrades.
- Keep IT documentation and records up to date.
Project Team Support
- Support the implementation of new systems, software, and hardware.
- Work with the Project Team and external providers on technology-related projects.
- Assist with testing and user adoption of new solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or similar role, or relevant IT qualification.
- Good working knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, device management platforms, or ticketing systems.
- Experience supporting iPhones, mobile devices, and workplace hardware.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based systems.
- Understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and mobile devices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Fluent English and good Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with external IT providers and vendors.

Pay: 2,200.00€ - 2,300.00€ per month
