As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.
We are looking for a talented and driven Internal Communication & Employer Branding Trainee to join our team at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting people through strategic communication and storytelling, and who wants to make a real impact on the employee experience (both current and future team members).
As part of the Internal Communication & Employer Branding team, you will support the creation, coordination, and delivery of content across multiple internal channels, while also enhancing initiatives that promote our culture and employee value proposition. The role requires strong tasks coordination, copywriting and content management skills. A good sense of visual aesthetics will be positively valued.
- Coordinate and update editorial calendars for internal communication channels, including: MyApp (internal app for employees), newsletters, emails, desktop screens, the intranet and internal TV.

Liaise with Business Units and hotels to identify relevant stories and initiatives that reflect our culture and values. Coordinate a content calendar applicable to all our regional Business Units and channels.

Draft and edit internal content, such as corporate messages, interviews, articles and storytelling pieces, for internal platforms.

Design and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee journey and boosting engagement.

Coordinate with the agency and recruiting teams on paid media and employer branding campaigns, including performance tracking and metrics follow-up.

Manage and upload content via content management systems and internal tools to ensure timely publication and consistency across platforms.

Elaborate on and coordinate social media content for our talent-facing channels (e.g. LinkedIn and Instagram), identifying stories, writing posts and coordinating visuals.

Organise pictures and video materials and manage SharePoint sites for sharing within our department and others.

Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the impact of internal communications, employer branding initiatives, and social media performance. Analyse metrics and define plans accordingly.
EXPERIENCE

Previous internship experience in Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Talent or Corporate Communication departments, preferably in multinational environments.
Participation in projects related to People Engagement, Employee Journey or Organizational Culture is highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Corporate Communication, or related fields.

Specialized studies in Social Media, Internal Communication, Employer Branding or Content Creation are a plus.

High proficiency in spoken and written English.
PREFERRED SKILLS

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for both internal communication and social media content.

Project coordination skills between departments and different areas within a company.

Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail

Familiarity with visual or design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator…) will be positively valued.

Knowledge of content management systems and digital collaboration tools.

Understanding of social media trends in talent and employer branding.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret basic metrics and KPIs related to engagement and reach.
