Rack & Roll Solutions specializes in Data Center deployment, rack & stack services, structured cabling, and infrastructure installations across Europe. We are expanding our network of freelance technicians for current and upcoming projects in Madrid and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Installation and assembly of server racks and cabinets
- Rack & Stack of servers, switches, storage, and network equipment
- Installation of cable trays, containment systems, and support structures
- Structured cabling (Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic)
- Cable routing, dressing, labeling, and patching
- Installation of PDUs and basic power infrastructure
- Hardware replacements, decommissioning, and migration activities
- Following project documentation, safety standards, and site procedures
- Reporting completed work and project progress
Requirements
- Previous experience in Data Centers, Telecommunications, or IT Infrastructure projects
- English A2-B1
- Knowledge of rack installation and structured cabling
- Experience with fiber optics and patch panels is an advantage
- Freelance status
