DESCRIPTION
At Kenos Technology, we are looking for a Content Manager with 3–5 years of experience managing digital content for customer-facing websites across multiple markets and languages to join an exciting project in the automotive industry, collaborating with a leading global brand to elevate the digital experience for customers worldwide.

Own the end-to-end content lifecycle: creation, editing, localization, optimization, and publishing across multiple markets and languages.

Manage content within a CMS platform, ensuring brand, UX, accessibility, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, content creators, translators, and market stakeholders to drive efficient content delivery.

Continuously improve editorial processes, identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and content governance.

Apply SEO best practices, metadata management, and AI-powered content tools to enhance discoverability and performance.

Work with analytics tools to monitor content performance and inform strategic decisions.

Ensure content is optimized for AI search (GEO/AEO) and aligned with audience needs.

Coordinate cross-country projects, managing localization workflows and multilingual content adaptation.
REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years of experience in digital content management for customer-facing websites.

Strong editorial skills and a solid understanding of UX principles.

Hands-on experience with Storyblok or similar CMS platforms.

Experience managing localization workflows and multilingual content across multiple markets.

Solid knowledge of SEO, AI search, metadata management, and content optimization.

Experience using analytics tools and AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

Professional English; additional languages (German, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.

Based in Barcelona, with 1–2 days per week at the office.

Knowledge of agile work methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Experience in the automotive sector or with luxury brands.
