- Previous experience in a customer service, reception, spa, wellness, or hospitality-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with reservation systems and scheduling platforms is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance, discretion, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent Spanish and a high level of English are required; additional languages are an asset.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, primarily from Thursday to Sunday, on rotating shifts between 09:30–15:30/16:30 and 14:30/15:30–21:30.
