Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in EPC projects within the oil & gas industry.
Native Mandarin speaker with English proficiency.
Proficiency in Caesar II and SP3D.

100% on-site in Spain.

Principal duties

Design, plan, and fully define piping systems, including material selection, pipe diameters, and wall thickness, ensuring strict compliance with international codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
Prepare, review, and manage all technical documentation (drawings, isometrics, specifications) using specialized software, and participate in cost estimation, scheduling, and reporting activities.
Ensure effective integration of piping systems with other engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation), promoting safety and environmental considerations in the overall design.
Supervise and manage on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with standards and providing technical support for prompt resolution of field issues during construction and operation.
Evaluate and mitigate technical risks (pressure, corrosion, vibration) and perform required inspections and functional tests (pressure tests, hydrostatic tests) to verify system integrity and final functionality.
Perform other duties inherent to the position.
