We are looking for a Process Engineer with a passion for manufacturing excellence and process optimization, capable of transforming product requirements into efficient, robust, and scalable industrial solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an analytical mindset and a continuous improvement approach.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Preparation, or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably within the automotive or industrial manufacturing environment.

Proven experience supporting the industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes.
You have solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Assembly process design and planning.

Manufacturing feasibility analysis and technical requirement validation.

Engineering Standard Time (EST) calculations and work measurement techniques.

MTM methodology and time studies (MTM certification is considered an advantage).

Ergonomic assessments and workstation optimization.

Process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.

Product traceability, quality requirements, and compliance processes.

Continuous improvement methodologies focused on productivity, quality, and operational performance.
