Description
Xe is a cross-border payments platform. We help SMEs and consumers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand collect, convert, hold, and send money across markets. Each year, over 300 million people use Xe for currency information and over 350,000 use us to send money overseas.
Today, we're rebuilding the platform layer behind cross-border payments for corporate and consumer clients. We're small enough that your code ships fast and your decisions matter, and Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT) backs us so the problems stay real-scale.
We're hiring a Product Manager who owns a product end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap through delivery and the metrics it moves. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship, and shape how the team does the same.
You'll own a product that moves money for Xe's customers in production, define what gets built and when, and serve as the squad's product co-lead with the Team Lead. Your squad owns a slice of the platform, from the customer experience through to the services and partner integrations behind it. You partner with engineering on delivery, align with adjacent squads on cross-cutting work, and bring compliance, design, and partner constraints into the roadmap.
-
Own product strategy and roadmap for your squad's slice of the platform, defining what gets built across the customer journey, from onboarding through payment, FX, and settlement, on mobile and web.
-
Partner with engineering on tradeoffs and timelines, iterating on sprint plans and what ships when.
-
Discover and validate: talk to customers and partners, analyze data, and prioritize based on customer impact and business outcome.
-
Lead execution across engineering, design, compliance, and partner teams: ship the roadmap and track outcomes against metrics.
Must-have
-
4 to 7 years of product management in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
-
Track record owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex domain.
-
Strong customer and partner discovery skills, with experience validating problems and prioritizing what to build.
-
Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running experiments, and analyzing outcomes.
-
Strong technical fluency: APIs, data flows, and system architecture basics, enough to partner with engineering on technical decisions.
-
Comfort working across compliance, legal, design, and partner teams to ship in a regulated environment.
-
Daily use of AI tools across product work (research, analysis, documentation, and prototyping), with a clear point of view on how a product org should adopt AI.
-
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical and business decisions across audiences.
Nice-to-have
-
Track record owning fintech, payments, or money-movement product roadmaps at scale, with measurable impact on conversion, retention, or unit economics.
-
Track record of zero-to-one product launches.
-
Experience with B2B or SME-focused fintech.
-
Experience working with banking partners or payment processors.
-
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Posthog, Segment, or equivalent).
-
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, and knowledge of UX design best practices.
-
Annual performance-related rewards: performance-based annual bonus
-
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP): open to all employees
-
Car allowance: monthly car allowance (subject to Direction Level)

Meal vouchers: 8€ per working day
