Your Mission
We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Support Analyst - Supply Chain Management to join our D365 F&O Application Support Center of Excellence in Palma, Spain at Level 3. This role is responsible for providing expert functional support, resolving complex business and application issues, and ensuring the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of live D365 F&O environments.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years of hands‑on D365 F&O experience in Supply Chain Management, deep functional knowledge across the core modules, and proven experience operating in a managed services support environment. A Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant certification in Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
Level 3 Functional Support
-
Act as the highest functional escalation point for D365 F&O Supply Chain Management incidents, problems, and service requests
- Diagnose and resolve complex functional issues impacting business processes
- Perform root cause analysis and work with technical teams to implement permanent fixes
- Provide expert input into problem management and known error documentation
- Support and guide L1 and L2 support teams, ensuring effective issue resolution and knowledge transfer
Functional Expertise & Solution Ownership
- Deep functional expertise in the following D365 F&O application areas: Supply Chain Management with manufacturing, Order Management & Advanced Warehousing
- Ensure supported solutions align with: Standard D365 F&O functionality, Best practice business processes, Configuration‑over‑customisation principles
- Develop, review and validate functional designs for: Configuration/Customisation, BAU enhancements, Change requests, Regulatory or business-driven updates
Change & Continuous Improvement
- Assess and estimate functional impact of proposed changes
- Support: UAT activities, Regression testing
- Release planning and deployment readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve: System usage, Process efficiency, Supportability and stability
- Develop & maintain accurate functional documentation, end-user training material and knowledge base articles
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted functional advisor to business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear functional solutions
- Communicate complex functional issues in a clear, business‑friendly manner
- Participate in: Service reviews, Change Advisory Boards (CAB), Major incident reviews
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Essential Experience

7+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience in a production support / Level 3 managed service functional support role
- Multi‑legal entity and multi‑country deployments
- High-volume transactional environments
- Strong understanding of: End‑to‑end business processes supported by D365 F&O, and Configuration, parameters, and setups within owned modules
- Experience working across: Incident, problem, and change management processes, Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, and Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools
Desirable
- Exposure to: Telecommunications and Satellite Communications Industry, and Regulatory or compliance‑driven industries
- Functional knowledge of: Integrations (DMF, dual‑write, APIs) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Qualifications & Certifications (Must have)

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB‑330)
- Associate Level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (Minimum)
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations (MB‑300)
- ITIL Foundation Level (desirable)
