Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical mindset to join our team at Mapal and take ownership of Mapal Operating System (MoS) — the core platform that connects and powers all Mapal products.
MoS acts as the source of truth for our global ecosystem: it hosts shared data, global services, and cross-product functionalities that make the entire Mapal suite work seamlessly together. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology deeply and enjoys transforming technical foundations into scalable, valuable product experiences.
Key Responsabilities
You will define and drive the product strategy for MoS, ensuring it provides a robust, unified backbone for all Mapal applications. You’ll collaborate with engineering to design scalable services and APIs, with other product teams to define shared functionalities, and with data and operations to ensure MoS evolves as a true global platform.

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for MoS.

Partner with engineering to translate architectural and infrastructure needs into clear product goals and deliverables.

Ensure data consistency and interoperability across all Mapal products.

Drive the development of shared services (notifications, authentication, integrations, analytics, etc.) that can be reused across the ecosystem.

Collaborate with other Product Managers to identify and prioritize cross-product functionalities that should live in MoS.

Contribute to the technical design discussions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.

Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the adoption, stability, and performance of MoS.
