Hotel Operations Support Coordinator
PHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Hotel Operations Support Coordinator to assist with the coordination of day-to-day activities across our hospitality operations.
This is a full-time, fully remote position for candidates based in Spain. You will support internal teams with administrative coordination, information management and follow-up activities related to hotel projects and client requirements.
Your day-to-day work may include:
- Coordinating routine requests and ensuring they are followed through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate hotel, client and project information across internal systems.
- Preparing spreadsheets, summaries and basic operational reports.
- Supporting schedules, documentation and project tracking.
- Following up on outstanding actions with internal teams and external contacts.
- Assisting with communication relating to hotel projects and ongoing operational requirements.
- Organising digital records and keeping project documentation up to date.
- Checking information for completeness and escalating issues when additional support is needed.
- Providing general administrative assistance to help hospitality projects run smoothly.
What will help you succeed
We are looking for a well-organised and dependable person who is comfortable managing routine operational work in a remote environment.
Previous experience in hotel operations, administration, customer support, coordination or a similar role is welcome. You should be comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online business tools, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Good working knowledge of English is required. Spanish language skills are an advantage.
Remote working
The position is fully remote and does not require regular attendance at an office. Day-to-day communication will take place through email, online collaboration platforms and virtual meetings.
