Almirall is looking for a Global People Talent & Culture Trainee (Communications & Change) to join the Global Talent & Culture Strategy team and contribute to initiatives that shape and enable our People & Culture strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of Talent & Culture initiatives, with a strong focus on people communications, change management, employee engagement and employer branding.
This role will provide exposure to how strategic People & Culture priorities are translated into impactful communication and change experiences for our people, within a dynamic, global environment.
You will collaborate across the People & Culture department and contribute to impactful initiatives, including:
Support global Talent & Culture strategic initiatives: Contribute to projects across the Talent & Culture Strategy team.
Support communications and change management projects: Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of campaigns and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with different P&C areas and other areas of the company to ensure consistency and alignment.
Coordinate with external partners: Help manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.
Editorial calendar management: Participate in scheduling and content coordination.
Measure impact: Track activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making.
Event coordination: Support the organisation of internal and external events that foster engagement, culture and employer brand.
Education
Preferably a degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar). We’re flexible!
Postgraduate studies are a plus but not required.
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Office 365 and experience managing SharePoint sites.
Familiarity with Canva for content creation.
Basic understanding and curiosity about AI tools and their application in communication, content creation, and employee experience.
