We already work with important Italian and international companies, and now we're opening the French Learning & Development market. We're hiring this BDR for the best possible reason: our current BDRs got promoted. As we scale, we're looking for the next person who wants to start here, and grow fast.
This role is highly outbound-driven, and cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel. You'll spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone.
- Run daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling
- Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers
- Test scripts, objections, and angles directly on calls to accelerate your learning
- Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them
- Track and improve your call performance inside HubSpot
- Fluent French (native or near-native) — essential for this market
- Strong English, B2 level minimum
- A real master in cold calling
- Basic understanding of copywriting
- Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- A self-starter mindset, curiosity, and resilience
- Passion for startups and learning through practice
- Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments

€48.000 OTE, uncapped (€32.000 base + €16.000 variable).
