We are seeking a strategic and influential Value & Access Associate Director to lead market access, pricing, reimbursement, and government affairs activities across Iberia.
In this high-impact role, you will work closely with healthcare authorities, payers, policymakers, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal access for Kyowa Kirin's innovative therapies, ensuring patients can benefit from life-changing treatments as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across Iberia.

Build and manage relationships with health authorities, payers, policymakers, and key external stakeholders.

Lead value demonstration initiatives, health economics projects, and access programs.

Shape government affairs and healthcare policy engagement strategies.

Provide strategic input into product launches, portfolio planning, and business development opportunities.

Lead and develop the local Market Access team while driving cross-functional collaboration.
Position Requirements
- Significant pharmaceutical industry experience in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, or Health Economics.

Strong understanding of the Iberian healthcare landscape and reimbursement processes.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex healthcare systems.

Experience developing successful market access strategies and negotiating with external decision-makers.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Fluent English and local language proficiency.
