Join our growing international finance team in a newly created position where you will shape and develop the Group's Compliance & Reporting function.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in strengthening financial governance across our international operations (4 sites including Spain) while working alongside a highly experienced finance team. During your first year, you will receive structured mentoring and progressively assume ownership of strategic projects.

What wou will do
Group Financial Reporting
-
Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries.
Support the annual group consolidation process and quarterly Board reporting.
Ensure timely completion of statutory filing obligations across jurisdictions.
Group tax compliance
-
Coordinate recurring tax compliance across the Group (corporate tax, VAT, personal income tax, information returns).
Support the annual tax close process and Transfer Pricing documentation
- Apply BOICAC/ICAC guidelines and response to tax audit
- Coordinate R&D tax deduction benefits (Art. 35 LIS) and substantiated reports
Coordinate budgeting, monitoring and grant justification for publicly funded R&D projects.
Liaise with CDTI, MICIU, AEAT and external auditors
Support applications for national and European funding programmes (CDTI, Horizon Europe, PERTE, CIEN, NEOTEC).
CAPEX, intangible assets and balance sheet items

Capitalise fixed assets and depreciation — transition from Treasury in 2026
- Document and prepare justification of intangible assets (particularly R&D)
- Negociate commercial rebates and review company's insurance policies
External audit and internal control

Coordinate annual audits with multi-jurisdictional external auditorsacross the Group.
- Develop and strengthen internal control procedures and controls matrix (SoD, reconciliations, authorisations)
Procedures and policies improvement

Review procedures at sites and make proposals for improvements
- Maintain Accounting policies and NetSuite documentation
- Submit Official surveys (INE, Bank of Spain) and fulfill regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
Education
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
Master's degree in Auditing, Tax, Finance or Compliance is advantageous.
ACCA, ROAC (in progress), CIA or similar professional qualification is a plus.
Experience
-
3–5 years' experience in external audit (Big Four or mid-tier) and/or corporate accounting.
Experience preparing statutory financial statements.
Experience supporting external audits.
Knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
Experience in multinational environments is highly desirable.
Exposure to Transfer Pricing or R&D grants would be an advantage but is not essential—we are happy to support learning in these areas.
