The Role

As Social Media Manager (all genders), you'll own Lucanet's organic social narrative, turning LinkedIn scrolls into real brand recognition, translating our financial software features and benefits into relatable content our target audience wants to engage with, and transforming quiet subject-matter experts into voices people follow. LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit - this is your canvas, and how Lucanet shows up across all of them is yours to build.

This is a rare shot to build an organic social program at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. If you already know how to make a brand's voice unmistakable online and want real ownership over what that looks like, this is your seat.You'll report to the Head of Demand Generation and work closely with campaign teams, product partners, and sales to amplify our message authentically.

What you'll do

Develop and own the organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and industry forums, staying ahead of platform trends.
Build and maintain the organic content calendar, balancing brand narrative, thought leadership, and campaign-driven content.
Write platform-native copy, oversee short-form video and carousel production, and ghostwrite executive thought leadership posts.
Monitor social channels daily for mentions, comments, and DMs; respond with speed and professionalism.
Partner with campaign owners across the business to weave launches into the organic narrative without diluting brand voice.
Establish and track organic KPIs; translate performance into actionable content strategy recommendations.
Curate and repurpose existing content from blogs, webinars, and product for native platform distribution.

What you bring to the table

You have:

Real, hands-on experience owning organic social strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS brand.
A proven track record of growing engagement and reach on LinkedIn without paid amplification.
Strong B2B copywriting skills and platform-native storytelling instinct.
Experience managing community engagement with fast, responsive engagement.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content production tools like Jasper.
A data-driven mindset: you analyze organic KPIs and optimize based on what the numbers tell you.
Self-starter energy: you identify gaps, resolve issues proactively, and prioritize quality.
Fluent English language skills

It's a plus if you also have:

Executive ghostwriting experience and comfort with anonymity.
Short-form video production skills (filming, editing, creative direction).
Hands-on experience with content scheduling tools like Sendible or Hootsuite, and social listening platforms.
