Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you design, deploy, and optimize computer vision and machine learning solutions that support smart industrial manufacturing. You work closely with AI and software engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready systems that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end machine learning and computer vision solutions for industrial automation use cases.
Lead the full MLOps lifecycle, from solution design and data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
Build scalable data processing, model training, and inference pipelines for production environments.
Train, validate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using modern AI techniques.
Deploy AI models into complex technical systems and support their integration with software applications.
Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
Evaluate emerging AI, computer vision, and multimodal technologies and recommend practical applications.
Support and mentor junior AI team members while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning and computer vision solutions in production environments.
Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Transformers, and related AI libraries.
3+ years of experience managing the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Strong knowledge of modern computer vision techniques, GPU-based computing environments, software engineering best practices, GitHub version control, and collaborative development workflows.
