Mission
As Corporate Medical Patient Support Programs (PSP) Advisor – Rare Diseases, you will define, govern, and drive the framework for patient support programs across our rare disease portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Medical Affairs, patient centricity, and healthcare system impact, ensuring that PSPs go beyond access to deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes, experience, and adherence. You will provide strategic guidance, global frameworks, and governance, while enabling regions and affiliates to implement locally adapted, compliant, and high-impact patient support solutions, co-created with the healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Define the design of PSP aligned to improve the access and outcomes of patients
- Establish global PSP framework, operating model, governance structures across countries
- Demonstrate PSP value through clinical, humanistic and patient outcomes (where feasible)
- Support evidence generation (RWE) linked to PSPs
- Ensure compliance and adherence of global SOP
- Act as single point of contact between with local teams dedicated to PSPs
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Digital teams
- Drive digitalization of PSPs, including selection and implementation of tools for patient monitoring and engagement
- Partner with Digital/Data teams to enable real-time tracking and analytics
- Engage external stakeholders including patient organizations and healthcare professionals
- Define a global PSP measurement framework, including standardized KPIs, data collection methodologies, and reporting cadence
- Drive the implementation of global dashboards and performance tracking tools across markets
- Generate insights from PSP data to inform Medical, Access and Commercial strategies
- Ensure data quality, consistency and comparability across countries whenever possible.
- Build capabilities in markets around PSP design, measurement and data-driven decision making
- Upskill local teams on KPI tracking, data interpretation and performance optimization

Experience
-
8–10+ years in Medical Affairs or Patient Support Programs
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
- Experience in rare diseases or specialty care
- Global or regional role exposure
- Experience building PSPs across markets
Skills

Strong understanding of PSP models and patient journey
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to define KPIs and impact metrics
- Familiarity with digital health solutions
