Your mission in our team
As a Technical Project Leader, you will drive the successful deployment of Siemens Mobility Solutions in Spain. You will shape the technical strategy, ensuring seamless project delivery through innovation and continuous improvement.
You’ll make a difference by:

Leading engineering activities and fostering collaboration within the project team.

Strategizing, planning, and steering the engineering scope to meet project goals.

Managing the technical delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, cost, and quality.

Overseeing budget management for the engineering portion of the project.

Interfacing effectively with Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers.

Driving continuous improvement by analyzing challenges and sharing lessons learned.
Your success is grounded in:

Over 5 years of experience in international rail signaling engineering projects.

Expertise across the entire signaling project lifecycle, from specification to commissioning.

Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team members.

Excellent communication skills and experience in team management.
-
Advanced proficiency in planning tools and a focus on continuous improvement.

Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to travel.
