The Customer Care team is situated in the Implementations unit within our CET (Customer Excellence Team) division with a truly diverse range of software and services. We develop, sell, implement, support, and train our customers with software for payroll and HR processes. The Customer Care team is responsible for the technical and/or functional support of the various Large Enterprise HRM modules, and applications for pay & personnel management.
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing functional support to our customers using our Business Intelligence and other HR software solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to the BI & other HR related solutions via our ticketing system
- Guide customers through the functionalities of the BI solution, offering clear and concise explanations
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Assist in creating user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to facilitate customer self-service
Profile
- Proven experience in a customer care or support role, preferably in a technical/software environment
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence solutions or HR software solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch, French, and English, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Fast learning curve with different software applications and service desk systems
- Have a decent IT knowledge
