Why this role matters
We are growing A LOT, so great hiring starts with great outreach. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help us find, contact and convince strong candidates to join Payflow.
This is an outbound-first role: you should be comfortable picking up the phone, following up persistently and turning cold candidates into active processes.
What you’ll do
- Cold-call and reach out to candidates via phone, LinkedIn and email
- Source strong profiles for different teams and roles
- Headhunt passive candidates and pitch them on Payflow
- Follow up persistently and keep candidate pipelines moving
- Track outreach, response rates, interviews and hires
What we’re looking for
- Recently graduated (0-2 years of experience)
- Previous internships are a plus, but not mandatory
- Degree from tier 1 university is a must
- Native Spanish is a MUST
- Good level of English (materials, tools and platforms)
Based in Madrid (mandatory)
- Office-only / Work From Office
- Full-time employment only
- Fast learner with digital tools (AI, Notion, LinkedIn)
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- We can only consider candidates with the legal right to work in Spain.
