Mission
Ensure that all flights operated by Vueling are adequately staffed with the required crew members, in compliance with current aviation regulations and applicable collective agreements. The role is responsible for supporting daily crew operations, resolving routine crew-related issues, and ensuring that every flight departs legally, safely, and with the minimum required crew, avoiding delays and cancellations whenever possible.
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide support to cabin crew and pilots via phone and email, resolving routine operational issues efficiently.
Manage and record sickness reports and crew absences to ensure adequate crew coverage for scheduled flights.
Monitor and ensure that all flights have the required crew members assigned for Day-0 operations.
Coordinate with relevant operational departments to address crew-related disruptions and staffing requirements.
Maintain accurate operational records and update crew information in the relevant systems.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management that are inherent to the position.
Academic background
Degree in Aeronautical Management, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field will be considered an advatange.
Additional training in airline operations or crew management will be considered an advantage.
Fluent in both Spanish and English-
Experience
0–1 year of experience within the aviation, airport, or airline industry is preferred.
Previous experience in Flight Operations Coordination, Crew Control, Crew Planning, or a similar operational environment will be highly valued.
