What You'll Do
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our operations at Enovis Madrid.
The role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day warehouse activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products, while maintaining accurate inventory control and compliance with company procedures.
This position plays a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of medical products to customers and sales representatives.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare products and loan kits for shipment to sales representatives;

Inspect incoming and outgoing materials, including loan kits, to ensure quality and accuracy;

Manage the receipt of incoming materials and warehouse restocking activities;

Perform inventory control, ensuring accurate stock records, proper rotations, and traceability;

Monitor and manage inventory obsolescence and contingent stock;

Ensure accuracy of shipments and related documentation;

Support orderly warehouse operations in alignment with logistics and customer service requirements.
Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
-
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations;

Skills:
-
Strong internal and external customer focus;
-
Results‑oriented mindset;
-
Knowledge of medical product lifecycle and related processes;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
-
Understanding of order fulfillment and invoicing processes;
-
Experience with Warehouse Management Software (WMS);
-
Good knowledge of English (B1+).
