Payroll & Admin Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support our payroll function in a fast-paced, sales-driven organization.
You will work closely with our Payroll Specialist, who currently manages the payroll process independently. Your main responsibility will be to collect, prepare, and validate payroll data, helping ensure that payroll is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
A key part of the role will be supporting commission and bonus calculations, including gathering data, checking inputs, maintaining documentation, and assisting with payroll controls. Our Payroll function is centralized and handling all our European markets payroll.
In addition to your Payroll responsibilities, you will also provide support with broader HR administration weekly basis or when additional HR administrative support is required.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and prepare payroll data.
Gather information related to new hires, leavers, salary changes, absences, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
Prepare commission, bonus, and variable compensation data.
Perform initial checks for missing information, inconsistencies, or unusual amounts.
Support payroll reconciliations, controls, and reporting.
Maintain accurate payroll files, calculation records, and supporting documentation.
Assist with routine payroll queries and administrative tasks.
Support audits, year-end activities, and payroll process improvements.
Support HR documentation and administrative tasks, such as employment life-cycle documentation (employment contracts etc.) and answering different employee inquiries.
What We Are Looking For
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
Excellent Excel and data handling skills
Ability to organize data and meet recurring deadlines.
Clear communication and a proactive approach to follow-ups
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
Discretion when handling confidential employee information
Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, finance, accounting, or sales operations is an advantage but not required.
Experience with commission or bonus calculations is beneficial but not required.
