About the Role
The Sales Force Effectiveness Coordinator will lead the Sales Operations team and act as a key business partner to the Sales Area Managers, ensuring operational excellence and supporting commercial decision-making through a strong data-driven approach.
The role combines people management, sales operations coordination, process improvement and sales funnel analysis, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the commercial organization.
Main responsibilities
- Mapping, evaluating and refining the lead-to-order process to remove bottlenecks and strengthen conversion across the funnel;
- Aligning with Marketing and Sales Leadership on enablement needs and delivering required training programs, tools, and materials;
- Collecting and analyzing pipeline data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities;
- Driving sales force adoption of processes and tool;
- Producing dashboards and KPI reports tracking productivity, target attainment, and funnel health;
- Supporting Marketing and Sales Leadership with operational and analytical tasks;
- Assessing lead-generation campaign impact and supporting lead assignment and first-contact screening as needed;
- Defining sales rep targets in collaboration with Commercial Leadership and tracking quota attainment;
- Monitor commercial opportunities and proactively identify areas requiring action to improve conversion and business performance;
- Drive continuous improvement across pre-sales, sales and after-sales processes;
What You Need to Be Successful
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field;
- 7–10 years of experience, with a meaningful portion in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Business Support or similar functions;
- Exposure to analytical or consulting-type work - whether through internal role evolution or business consulting experience - strongly preferred;
- Proven ability to interact effectively with commercial stakeholders and influence decision-making;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive improvements;
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Exposure to CRM and reporting tools
