About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a passionate Lead Host/ess to joint the team!Reporting to the Assistant Managers and the Restaurant Manager, the Lead Host/ess is an essential member of the Dani Brasserie team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests, while supervising and training the Hostess team.
Has the ability to provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Supports the Restaurant Managers in the onboarding, training, and continuous development of the Hostess team, ensuring all team members consistently follow Four Seasons standards and procedures.
Experience: One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage, experience in leadership positions is a plus.
Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
