Mission
The main purpose of this role is to work as an International Football Business Developer, responsible for developing, managing, planning, and expanding the different business areas of Feel Spanish Football, both nationally and internationally.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial
- Recruit international players for our football programmes.
- Develop partnerships with international clubs, academies, and football organisations.
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners and collaborators to support the growth of Feel Spanish Football and its business areas.
- Develop and implement Customer Retention Strategies (CRM) to increase client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends within the international football business.
Player & Partner Relations
- Maintain direct communication with players, their families, and agents throughout the player's or coach's journey with Feel Spanish Football.
- Organise regular meetings and collect feedback to monitor player satisfaction and progress.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and collaborators to review current projects and identify new opportunities.
- Identify and establish relationships with new collaborators and service providers in areas such as coaching, education, sponsorship, sports performance, nutrition, physiotherapy, and related services.
Administration
- Manage client information, both sporting and financial, using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with our residence facilities to organise accommodation for players, families, and visiting teams.
- Work alongside immigration lawyers to manage short-term and long-term visa processes for players and coaches coming to Spain.
Football Operations
- Monitor players' development and performance at their clubs.
- Attend and follow players' matches on weekends when required.
- Participate in international football events as a coach, scout, or event organiser.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential)
- Degree, Master's Degree, or Vocational Qualification related to Football, Sport Sciences, or Physical Activity.
- Additional education related to sports business is highly valued.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, or the ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Knowledge of the Spanish football system and culture.
- Availability to work from our headquarters in Elche (Alicante, Spain), with regular travel throughout Alicante Province.
- Availability for international travel throughout the year.
Additional Qualifications (Highly Valued)
- Knowledge of international football systems and cultures.
- Previous international work experience in football or sport.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Additional languages such as French, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or others.
