Your mission in our team
Within the Software Business Unit, you will support financial and commercial activities across the Southwest Europe (SWE) region, with a strong focus on Spain. You will partner with stakeholders to drive financial transparency, compliance, and performance management for customer projects and internal services.
You’ll make a difference by
Supporting the financial and commercial management of software projects and services, ensuring compliance with Siemens guidelines.
Driving core controlling activities, including monitoring revenues, costs, margins, and supporting forecasting and planning processes.
Coordinating internal service structures (SLA), including cost allocation, charging mechanisms, and performance tracking.
Ensuring reliable and transparent financial data in SAP, enabling accurate reporting and decision-making.
Identifying and analyzing risks and deviations, and collaborating on improvement actions.
Preparing financial analyses and reports to support management decisions at local and regional levels.
Your success is grounded in
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Initial experience in finance, controlling, or commercial project environments.
Good understanding of financial and controlling processes and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).
Strong analytical mindset and structured working style.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and international environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
