About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join the European team of one of the world's leading AI companies. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition — both inbound and outbound — within the digital advertising and AI solutions space.
You will own the full sales cycle: from identifying and qualifying prospects to presenting tailored solutions and closing deals. Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, social selling)

Build and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline

Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to each client's goals

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed contract

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity KPIs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce)

Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth client handover

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts where applicable
Requirements

Language skills: German C1 (mandatory) | English B2 (mandatory)

2–3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or pre-sales/lead qualification

Strong digital marketing knowledge: SEO, PPC, paid advertising ecosystems, and client-side campaign management

Demonstrated ability to self-prospect and manage outbound sales motions including cold calling

Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms

Comfortable engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers

Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
