Job Mission:
You will play a crucial role in building and accelerating our B2B pipeline through strategic campaigns and high-impact events. This is a broad role combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution — from shaping positioning and campaign strategy to running events and managing lead follow-up day-to-day. In one sentence: a strategic marketer + outgoing connector + sales-minded operator who drives pipeline through both campaigns and events, and sees it through to conversion.
What You'll Do:-
Design and execute full-funnel B2B campaigns, from awareness through lead qualification and nurture.

Plan and run B2B events, seminars and trade shows end-to-end — strategy, execution and follow-up.

Own the marketing-to-sales handover: define lead qualification criteria, SLAs and CRM pipeline hygiene.

Track performance and ROI across campaigns and events, and report on marketing's pipeline contribution.
What We're Looking For:-
Several years in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing, ideally spanning both campaigns and events.

Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).

Strong ability to align with and influence sales teams around pipeline quality and handover.

Outgoing, metrics-driven communicator, comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution and travel.

Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages and industrial/automation knowledge are a plus.
