We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help drive organizational effectiveness, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across our business.
In this role, you'll work with teams, leaders, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to enable successful strategy execution through coaching, organizational change, agile adoption, and capability building. You'll play a key role in ensuring that strategic initiatives don't just get delivered—they become embedded into the way we work.

Enable high-performing teams
Coach teams to continuously improve collaboration, delivery effectiveness, and value creation.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions, and problem-solving activities.
Help teams improve flow, predictability, and sustainable delivery.
Support the adoption and long-term embedding of new ways of working.
Drive organizational change
Support strategic initiatives, governance improvements, and transformation programs.
Design and facilitate workshops, training, and adoption activities.
Translate strategic objectives into practical team behaviors and operating practices.
Ensure organizational improvements are successfully adopted and sustained.
Partner with stakeholders
Build strong relationships with Team Leads, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and business leaders.
Align priorities across teams, domains, and business units.
Facilitate collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership across complex initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and delivery excellence.
Build organizational capability
Coach Scrum Masters, Team Leads, Project Managers, and delivery teams.
Design and deliver coaching, mentoring, and learning programs.
Mentor Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters.
Contribute to Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Improve delivery and operating models
Identify systemic impediments, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Use delivery metrics, flow data, and feedback to drive measurable improvements.
Contribute to the evolution of delivery practices, governance, and operating models.
Promote evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement.
Leverage AI and innovation
Help teams adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making.
Identify opportunities for automation and agentic ways of working.
Encourage experimentation and continuous learning.
Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and AI capabilities, translating them into practical business value.
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
✅English proficiency: B2/C1 (both written and spoken communication).
✅Spanish proficiency: C1/C2 (both written and spoken communication).
Experience & skills:
✅ 5+ years' experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Coach, or similar role in Agile environments.
✅ Proven experience coaching multiple teams and stakeholders in complex, cross-functional organizations.
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
✅ Strong understanding of Agile principles and their pragmatic application to business needs.
✅ Experience facilitating workshops, training, and organizational change initiatives.
✅ Proven track record of implementing, adopting, and sustaining organizational improvements and transformation initiatives.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
✅ Ability to advise leaders and teams on ways of working and organizational effectiveness.
✅ Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and root causes.
✅ Experience using delivery data, flow metrics, and organizational insights to drive continuous improvement.
✅ Hands-on experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, decision-making, facilitation, delivery effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
✅ Strong interest in emerging AI and agentic ways of working, translating new capabilities into practical business value.
✅ Experience with digital collaboration, delivery management, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
✅ Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Proven ability to manage complexity and thrive in changing, ambiguous environments.
✅ Strong conflict resolution, consensus-building, and influencing skills without formal authority.
✅ Experience working across domains and competencies to deliver strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
Advanced Agile certifications (PSM II/III, ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or equivalent).
Experience working in PMO, transformation, organizational change, or delivery enablement environments.
Experience scaling ways of working across multiple teams, value streams, or business units.
Experience building and facilitating Communities of Practice.
Experience supporting cross-domain and cross-competence initiatives.\
Experience with value stream management, portfolio delivery, or operating model design.
Experience embedding AI-enabled, data-driven, or agentic ways of working into organizational practices.
Analytical, technical, product development, or business transformation background.
Experience mentoring Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, or delivery leaders.
People leadership experience.
