- Leads and manages the regional Network Supply Planning organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversees the long-range supply plan (24 months to 5 years), adapting network strategies to mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Manages mid/long-term plans for Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
- Oversees Deployment Requirements Planning (DRP) for 6-24 months, ensuring optimal regional supply planning
- Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposing network expansion or contraction scenarios
- Communicates supply network findings and proposals to regional Supply Chain (SC) leadership for decision-making
- Identifies finished goods (FG) requirements in markets and decides allocation based on business priorities
- Aligns allocation decisions with other regions through Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
- Supports inventory management by reviewing policies, aiming to reduce excess inventories and obsolescence risks
- Identifies actions to improve inventory performance and minimize obsolescence risks Identifies and communicates mid-to-long-term supply risks to SC leadership for proactive decision-making
- Supports and/or facilitates regional Supply Review Meetings as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Collaborates with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to secure and improve overall supply reliability

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management or Business Administration

Min. 5 years experience in similar position (leadership in supply planning)

Business fluent in English

Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of the organization and with external vendors
