About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee and manage the complete project lifecycles within KST, ensuring timely and quality project completion of KST installations across Data Centres within Iberia. This role involves travelling on-site, problem solving and uncovering creative solutions, coordinating with supply partners, managing internal processes, and providing technical support, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting KST's commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our division. You will actively liaise with our key supply partners and develop robust internal relationships and strategies to ensure the seamless completion of complex and multifaceted projects. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in end-to-end project management. Your critical thinking and natural analytical abilities will allow you to predict challenges, mitigate project and business risks, and minimize any obstacles to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the project team and stakeholders. Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Managing Internal Processes: Ensure the Sales Team has all requisite information and data to price opportunities accurately and competitively.
Product Supply Chain and Forecasting: Oversee the supply chain and accurately forecast product needs to prevent shortages and delays.
Providing Training and Support: Deliver installation training on and provide on-site and technical support to installing partners around Iberia.
Issuing Technical Drawings and Documentation: Create and distribute technical drawings and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Coordination with project team, stakeholders and client to ensure BIM requirements are met.
Technical Project Execution: Provide detailed technical specifications and guidance to ensure flawless project execution.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
H&S: Responsibility for planning, managing, monitoring, and coordinating all construction activities to ensure the work is carried out safely and without risk to health.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education: Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction/Project Management or related discipline, providing a strong foundation in technical and managerial aspects.
Experience:
Proven track record in a complex, customer-centric role requiring exceptional agility, decisiveness, and commercial acumen. Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and deliver outstanding results. Previous working experience on Data Centre is a plus.
Skills:
Spanish and English superior written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Portugues is a plus.
Advanced Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a natural aptitude for critical thinking, allowing for the anticipation of challenges and the development of innovative solutions.
Willingness and ability to travel within the Iberia region to oversee projects, engage with partners, and ensure successful project execution across different locations.
Technical Skills: Advance level on AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk ACC (Docs, Built, Model and Design), MS Office, MS Project. SAP is a plus.
