What do we need from you?
- The internship is full-time, so it is essential that we can sign a collaboration agreement with your school or educational institution. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications that do not meet this requirement.
- The schedule involves morning or afternoon shifts, rotating from Monday to Sunday, with two days off. The estimated duration is 6 months.
- Our typical guests are international, so an advanced level of English is essential (this will be assessed during the interview). International experience (such as Erasmus) is a plus.
- We value teamwork skills and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling unexpected situations are also highly valued.
- Last but not least, we are looking for someone enthusiastic who loves travel and our industry. That is the only way to be the perfect Thompson ambassador.
And what can we offer you?
- Professional growth and development: this is a first career opportunity—it’s just the beginning
- A young, dynamic work environment. We help one another, share plenty of laughs, and are passionate about this industry.
- An employee canteen available for you to use at no cost.
- Fun, engaging training activities for the entire team. This helps us strengthen our teams outside the hotel environment as well.
We are a company committed to equal employment opportunities. We do not discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. In line with Hyatt’s values, we place people at the heart of everything we do; we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment where everyone can grow, contribute their talents, and feel respected.
