Job Overview:
We are looking for an Administration Manager with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting and internal controls to oversee the financial strategy, planning and management of the organization. You will lead the administration and finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, sound internal controls and efficient day-to-day operations that support the company’s growth.
Your Mission:
Reporting directly to the CFO and providing financial support to the CEO, your mission is to safeguard the financial health of the company by delivering reliable reporting and forecasting, maintaining robust internal controls and driving continuous improvement across accounting, treasury and administrative processes, so that management can make sound, well-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and finance function, ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial information and the efficiency of its administrative operations.

Prepare and oversee financial reporting, monthly closings and KPI dashboards, ensuring accuracy and continuity of figures.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning, and design and maintain robust internal controls and processes.
- Manage accounting, tax matters, accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
- Oversee stock and logistics control, ensuring accurate records and alignment with operational needs.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management’s strategic and operational decision-making.
Requirements:
Education, Certifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional background as an Auditor, ideally with experience in a Big4 firm.
- An auditor qualification (e.g. ROAC / CPA / ACCA) or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities; knowledge of Power BI, Claude, and IA is a plus.
- Leadership skills, integrity and ethics, with discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
