Amadea Clinic is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with extensive, proven experience in target-driven sales, ideally within aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery or private healthcare. We want someone who knows how to sell, loves doing it, and turns every first visit into a long-term relationship of trust with the patient.
What you'll do
- Provide personalised sales consultations on aesthetic and surgical treatments, in person, by phone and via WhatsApp.
- Prepare, present and close treatment quotes.
- Actively follow up leads and patients through to conversion.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report results to management.
- Build patient loyalty and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the CRM: record, track and analyse the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the medical team to ensure an outstanding, consistent patient experience at every stage.
Essential requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in high-value consultative sales, with verifiable results.
- Track record of working to targets and hitting sales KPIs (conversion rate, average ticket, lead follow-up).
- High level of English, spoken and written (essential): we work with international patients every day.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Fully patient-focused, empathetic and discreet.
- Organised, self-driven and able to manage several patients and tasks at once.
Highly valued
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, dental, private healthcare or luxury clinics.
- Additional languages (German, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian, etc.).
- Proficiency with CRM and clinic management software.
- Training in sales, marketing, business administration or aesthetics.
- Professional image, proactive attitude and ambition to grow.
