We are looking for a Product specialists to work with the product team to ensure excellent product delivery, with a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also recommend improvements and identify opportunities.
Responsibilities

Participate in user interviews, analyze feedback, and collaborate on reviewing product metrics to prioritize more effectively.

Identify and suggest product improvements based on Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done analysis.

Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tickets are well-defined and ready for development.

Manage daily product-related incidents.

Resolve product-related questions from other teams such as CS, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.

Create prototypes for new features, collaborating with the Design team and providing specifications and visual guidance to the rest of the team.

Work hand-in-hand with developers to build experimental Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to accelerate feature launches.

Provide support to quality assurance when needed in specific features.

Coordinating cross-functional communications for feature launches, ensuring product value is effectively conveyed to customers.

Identify process improvement areas and detect and implement automations to increase operational efficiency.

You have solid experience in a similar role

You have worked on or shipped AI-powered features and can speak to what worked, what didn't, and why.

You are deeply user-centric: you talk to users regularly and let real problems drive your roadmap.

You are data-informed: you know how to define the right metrics, interpret them, and act on them.

You write with clarity — your specs, stories, and decisions leave no room for ambiguity.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can manage trade-offs without losing sight of the bigger picture.
