At LVMH Beauty Iberia and LOEWE Perfumes, we are offering internship opportunities starting in September 2026 for students available for a 12-month full-time internship.
We offer opportunities across different departments:
- Customer Service Intern : Support the Customer Service team in delivering an excellent customer experience while gaining exposure to order management and commercial operations. Assist with order processing, returns management, and claims resolution, working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams. Monitor customer inquiries, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure high service standards across all interactions.
- Treasury Intern: Support the Treasury team with daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing for suppliers and intercompany transactions. Assist in monitoring retail cash operations, credit card collections, and short-term cash flow forecasting while collaborating closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial control and compliance.
- Finance Controller Intern: Support the analysis of expenditures, costs, and budget deviations to help monitor business performance. Assist in monthly closing activities, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Support the preparation of budgets and key financial reports (P&L, T&E, advertising). Manage the PO process, invoice control, and the maintenance of cost centers and analytical structures.
- Accounts Receivable Intern: Support the monitoring and follow-up of outstanding payments and customer accounts, contributing to healthy cash flow management. Assist with payment processing, account reconciliations, invoice tracking, and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate customer account records and provide regular reporting on debt status. Collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams to support efficient credit and collection processes.
